Cancellation Policy

This page is to inform you of our policies on use and disclosure of any personal information retrieved by any user of the site.All personal information provided is used solely for the improvement of the site and services we provide. You are in agreement in accordance with the policy to use any information collected, by using this site.

 

Age Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older in order to be serviced. proof of age is required.   

 

Rescheduling:

You must contact the facility within 24 hours in advance, to ensure all consumers have an opportunity to be serviced. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $10, on top of the original cancellation fee. 

 

Cancellations:

Please notify us 24 hour in advance of your scheduled appointment of any cancellation to avoid cancellation fees. 

 

Returns and Refunds:

We do not honor Refunds on deposits, services, or products. However, we may apply credits to other services, as we see fit. 

 

Bookings:

You have a window of 90 days to complete all services and packages purchased, after those 90 days a new service/package must be purchased. 

 

Late Arrival:

All clients are entitled to a 15 minute grace period after booked appointment time. Anything later than that will have to be rescheduled for another day.
